      <description><![CDATA[<p>Following Nils Gilman's concept of "<a href="https://nilsgilman.substack.com/p/thinking-historically-about-the-future">Structured Anticipation</a>" would require approaching Micro Time from several angles simultaneously: Agency (Who can make decisions here?), Structure (Which historic path dependencies make it happen?) and Contingency (Where is Randomness and Chance happening?). My talk focused mostly on structure, I did not touch the other angles yet.</p>]]></description>
